Processing of the order:

Once the order has been placed, the customer will receive the order confirmation in their email within 24 hours.

Delivery of the order:

CAPISAN COMPLEX® will dispatch your order within a maximum period of 24 hours after placing the order. The company in charge of the delivery is GLS with a tracking number and the expected term is approximately 24 business days from the moment the order is dispatched, as long as the orders are confirmed before 1:00 p.m. In the event that the customer does not receive the order within 2-3 days, he must notify us by email to the address

Shipping costs:

The price of transport is included in the price of CAPISAN COMPLEX®. In case of cash on delivery there is an additional cost of 3.50 EUR.

Way to pay:

CAPISAN COMPLEX® ooffers different forms of payment:

- Pay with card 

- Pay with a PayPal account or other payment methods 

- Pay with a 3 months PayPal

- Pay with Bizum

- Payment by bank transfer

- Cash on delivery payment: In case of cash on delivery payment, the package will be dispatched via GLS with the value of the product and the amount of cash on delivery included in the price (3.50 eu). The payment of the order will be made at the time of receipt at the customer's address in cash.

Return guarantee:

CAPISAN COMPLEX® offers a money-back guarantee if the customer, after using the product, is not satisfied with the results. The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and starts automatically, discreetly and without questions. The only obligations of the Buyer are to inform CAPISAN COMPLEX® about his claim through an email to the address and to make the return of the product effective assuming the shipping costs of 5.70 euros (bear in mind Note that only 2 capsules should be missing at most). After this process, your money will be refunded.

Orders confirmed and paid but not shipped can be canceled by paying a management fee of 2 euros.

Claims and conflicts: CAPISAN COMPLEX® must respect the current legislation in charge of regulating consumer protection, and is obliged to establish an efficient system to process claims. In case of inconvenience, the client can contact CAPISAN COMPLEX® by phone, email, or by writing to the company's postal address. CAPISAN COMPLEX® must confirm receipt of the claim or complaint within the following 5 business days and must inform the client about the procedure for processing the claim. Likewise, you must do everything possible so that any type of conflict can be resolved by mutual agreement.
