- Option Pick up at GLS agency. You can pick up your order at a GLS agency near your address. Cash on delivery at an agency is also available. Consult the GLS offices on the web https://www.gls-spain.es/es/ Orders that have already been paid can also be picked up at Parcel Shop GLS.

- CAPISAN COMPLEX® will dispatch your order free of charge within a maximum period of 24 hours after placing the order. The company in charge of the delivery is GLS with a tracking number and the expected term is approximately 24 hours working days counted from the moment the order is dispatched as long as the orders are confirmed before 1:00 p.m.

- You will receive an email and an SMS with your shipment number and location of the package!

- In the event that the customer does not receive the order within 2-3 days, he must notify it by email to the address info@capisancomplex.com

- The price of transport is included in the price of CAPISAN COMPLEX®. In case of cash on delivery there is an additional cost of 3.50 EUR.
